新西兰就国家近岸有鳍鱼类渔业计划草案公开征求意见 据了解，该计划草案旨在改变和改善近岸有鳍鱼类渔业的管理方式，推动创新，推进基于生态系统的渔业管理。此次意见征集截止时间为2020年2月12日。 部分原文报道如下： Fisheries New Zealand has begun public consultation on a new Draft National Inshore Finfish Fisheries Plan, which will guide the management of these important fisheries for the next 5 years. The plan focuses on 5 key areas. Managing individual stocks - standardising approaches to monitoring and managing fish stocks that share similar characteristics. Enhancing benefits for all users - engaging sectors to customise the management of specific fish stocks to enhance the benefits they obtain. Enabling integrated multi-stock management - in fisheries wher several different fish stocks are caught together, we will manage those stocks in an integrated way. Improved local fisheries - ensure tangata whenua and communities benefit from their local fisheries resources by engaging them in local area management. Improving environmental performance - reducing the impacts of fishing and land-based effects to improve the health of the marine environment. |
